That's what the NYPD StringRay thingy can do. It can get the individual ID # from all devices that were used in the area. Not just an IP tracking # but the whole shebang.

They can take the StingRay to a huge mall or sports venue and grab every device's ID# Even a huge crowd like the Boston Marathon.

Can they grab the device's ID number even if the phone is turned off?

Only thing I've seen new today is the Tarrant County DA's office has been asked to help review video. Saw it on NBC 5 tonight. Don't know why they would ask them or what it would mean.

I did a search and came up with this old article from 2015 talking about Tarrant County DA's office having a new digital forensics unit.

From the NG show & connecting the dots, someone at her gym may have been threatening to MB. And SWATperp looks highly confident in the video; like LE doing a routine search. That being said, I would look at memberships & sledge-ins at the gym for the past six months, the dates & times to corroborate with MB. Then I would interview all of those members--with particular focus on LE members. It should narrow down possible suspects. My gym lets me pull up my workout dates & times electronically onto my computer from my sledging activity. I'm sure many gyms do as well.

I think an astute gym member may come forward with more info. I'm one of those people that would notice **everything** at a place like a gym ... from subliminal to covert (heck, it's my job to notice very subtle behaviors & actions). MB was "more reserved" lately according to a gym pal & now we're hearing she didn't even go for the past two weeks! Wow!

If I were investigating this case, I would be speaking to female gym attendees & workers--maybe MB made a quick quip about someone there that she didn't like, avoided, or called a creep? Maybe someone noticed somebody staring at her or being a nuisance. Maybe someone noticed her being friendly & flirty with a guy only to have that relationship suddenly appear to change?

So, per NG, Missy recently quit going to the gym. Maybe she couldn't afford it. Maybe that's part of the financial difficulties from the search warrants.

Or maybe it's something nefarious. I hope we can get a second source for the info.

Back in 2012 there was a case in Chicago regarding an ex-cop, Steve Mandell, and his double murder torture plot. Authorities in that case stated that among the "stranger" items police recovered was plastic wrap, which he intended to use to keep blood off of the walls.

Just something to consider for those, myself included, who may be scratching their heads about "Saran Wrap" and any possibility of a possible clean up (which has been mentioned here, but not confirmed)--It doesn't sound as odd to me anymore.

Probably a silly idea, but I've wondered if Saran Wrap was used if it was to prevent MB from escaping quickly through a door (Google Saran Wrap trap)

The warrant states "relationship(s)" and doesn't name BB or MB as either of those people involved in the relationship(s) in that particular sentence. It could be that one single person was involved in more than one relationship external to the marriage.

I want to stick to the actual facts and wording of what was in the search warrant regarding the intimate/personal relationships external to the marriage.

I would add that the (s) is by design, to indicate one or the other or both, but least of all no to specify either.

Sorry I am catching up, so this may be cleared up before I get to further posts... Are you stating that this is saying that possible neither BB or MB were the individuals having an external to the marriage affair? If so that is not what the documents state. The SW for AT&T numbers state that it is confirmed from extraction from both BB and MB (iPhones and iPad) so there was confirmation from both phones. As well as in the LinkedIn SW states they did an extraction on CW cell phone. JMHO from reading the released docs

All I know is that in February. BB Thanked a friend that refered him to a wonderful doc that helped his chronic pain.

So hopefully this doctor is referred to my wife since she is hurting from chronic pain every morning and don't know what to do.

Especially regarding going on a trip let alone a day of work. Jmo

I have fibromyalgia and a persistent sciatica problem.

My husband periodically feels faint, gets dizzy, and has been through a myriad of tests lately.

We still work. We go on trips when needed.

Life doesn't stop for pain.

They are only being scrutinized here. The only mention of it in the media in any suspicious causing amount of depth has been on Nancy Grace, and even she soft stepped it. For all intent and purposes, this is an ongoing investigation and LE has given no indication that any of these people are suspect.

I live close to Midlothian and it is not just on Websleuths that they are being scrutinized. I've seen them referenced in relation to this crime in many places on FB...in the comment section of People magazine....in the Dallas crime blog....and I've heard from many, many locals who name them as being suspicious- especially CT. In fact, the scrutiny is bad enough that I've been told AJ's business is suffering greatly....

IME gyms are loaded with CCTV cameras (especially 24 hour ones like Anytime Fitness) and electronic recordkeeping of when people have worked out (because you use a passcard to sign in). It could be done, though it might be time consuming. Maybe all these high tech capable agencies that have been brought on board are doing just that as we speak.

Especially after her seeing 2 specialists about nerve back problems that can lead down to your leg and foot to become numb.

There are different kinds of pain and different tolerance to pain. What is chronic to one may not be to another. A friend who has fibromyalgia is in far more pain constantly than I am when I have a diverticulitis flare up. One cannot compare maladies. Everyone reacts differently. I do wish your wife well and hope y'all find some relief.

What is a sledge history? This is interesting if true. I'd like to see verified by a source other than NG. I have been a faithful gym goer for half of my life and have had a few incidents with creeps that I've wondered if I should be worried about. Gyms can be weird.
