Leigh stated how Bradley had told her White had stabbed him, and White threatened to kill her. Leigh felt Bradley and White's relationship was toxic. Paige Randall stated she knew Bradley and White and recalled in January 2022 she, her twin, Bradley and White went out for a drink. She said Bradley had his heart set on a foursome, which didn't happen. She stated Leigh had admitted having sexual activity with Bradley. She also said White and Bradley's relationship was toxic. Sophie Webber stated she was White's best friend and became Bradley's friend. She stated White was happy with Bradley at first. She said she lost contact with White, before hooking up again. Sophie said it was clear White and Bradley's relationship was toxic and possessive White could be a "psycho". When White was pregnant Bradley got another girl pregnant, Sophie said. White had stated Bradley was unfaithful to her and she wanted to kill the other woman but could not go to prison. Sophie described how an emotional Bradley called her and said White had hurt him and was really upset. Sophie said she didn't believe White had hurt anyone else. A witness statement from Daisy Roberts is being read out, she says she met Bradley who admitted he had a girlfriend, but wished he was with her instead

The jury is being read a series of witness statements. Daisy Roberts stated that on March 25 she was aware Bradley had died and there was a murder investigation. She said she met Bradley in May 2021 and he admitted having a girlfriend and could not take her number. He then texted her and arranged to meet her the next day. He came over and slept with her, she said, and they had further contact in the days that followed. Bradley had stated he had been engaged for years. Later Bradley texted her and said he wished he was with her as opposed to his partner, the court heard. On May 22, 2021, she saw him for the last time and he gave her an orchid and his shirt, the court heard. They continued to message but on July 6 she got no reply. They then lost contact.

White had been stressed in days before the incident

Dr Sandford conceded in the days before the incident White had been stressed due to factors including Bradley being unfaithful as well as her induced abortion.
He said the manifestations of White's personality disorder could be heightened as a result. The doctor added that White had difficulty controlling her emotions and difficulty controlling her anger.
Dr Sandford's evidence is concluded.

15:47KATE WILSON

White suffers from a borderline personality disorder

Dr Sandford confirmed to the jury mum-of-three White had decided to have a pregnancy with Bradley terminated because she thought that was for the best. He also confirmed White said she had repeatedly called 999 to get Bradley help at the time of the incident but had not been able to get through immediately.
The doctor confirmed White suffers from a borderline personality disorder with emotionally unstable and dissocial features. The doctor said most people with a personality disorder make wrong choices. He said White's personality disorder could manifest in traits or patterns.
In White's case that could be negative mood, taking things out of proportion and low self-esteem. Another of her traits could be disinhibition and recklessness he said. He added that a third White trait could involve episodes of self-harm and inappropriate, intense anger.

Doctor concludes White 'knew what she was doing'

Dr Sandford concluded White has no mental health illness or intellectual disability. He said she had a non-severe personality disorder and at times could be emotionally unstable. He said she had never been taken on as a mental health outpatient.
He said on March 25 she was not suffering from an abnormal mental health state but was upset with her partner about his infidelity and lack of commitment to her.
Dr Sandford concluded at the time of the offence she knew what she was doing, and on that evening she picked up a knife just to scare him and not cause serious damage. She had been able to call an ambulance, as well as a neighbour, and was capable of forming rational thought.
She had been drinking, and some of her previous violence was on the context of being drunk, the doctor said. He added the couple were in an unstable and volatile relationship and the stabbing was in the context of a domestic dispute.

White would 'belittle' Bradley on TikTok

White was polite, pleasant and engaging in interview and showed no thought disorder, abnormal thinking, memory impairment or psychosis. She showed sadness about Bradley's death, the court heard.
She was reflective about her relationship difficulties and said Bradley was "coercive, controlling and manipulative". The doctor said he had read accounts that White could be nice one minute and aggressive and hysterical in the next.
He also read accounts that White used a TikTok social media account to belittle Bradley, and accounts White had been violent to Bradley. There was also evidence that White said she wanted to kill Bradley and another woman, but had stated she couldn't do prison time.

14:29EMMA FLANAGAN

White said she picked up the knife to scare Bradley

Back at her house the couple tussled and argued, she said. She picked up a knife to scare Bradley, but she didn't want to cause him serious harm. She said Brad went near her, the knife went into him, he looked at her and said her name and she saw blood squirting out of him.

14:29EMMA FLANAGAN

Bradley admitted to White, that night, he had been unfaithful

White told Dr Sandford shortly before the killing Bradley admitted being unfaithful, and she had been cross because he had always denied it. White said on March 25 she was expecting Bradley to make some effort and demonstrate he was committed to their relationship. She said she had a bottle of wine and drank a Jägerbomb and two rum and cokes before Bradley turned up and they started arguing. She could not recall hittiing Bradley, but recalled that a man had hit her.
White described being six or seven out of 10 innebriated and said she had a small amount of cocaine.

14:21EMMA FLANAGAN

White's history with alcohol and drugs has been detailed, she also said she didn't feel she and Bradley had a healthy relationship

White said she stayed with Bradley because she loved him "so much". She said when she had threatened to leave he had wanted to kill himself and she didn't want that. White admitted drinking fairly regularly by the age of 13 but was never alcohol dependant. She said she sometimes used cocaine recreationally when she went out. The doctor said White had charted her contact with psychiatric services, including overdoses. She has a history of attempted suicide and self-harm in response to stresses in her life, feeling that Bradley was not supportive of her, he would call her "crazy" and she didn't feel they had a healthy relationship. What she said matched her medical records, Dr Sandford said. He told the jury she had a history of emotional difficulties from 12 or 13, had been prescribed anti-depressants. In March 2022 she was discussing therapy for emotional instability, Dr Sandford said.

14:10EMMA FLANAGAN

Their relationship was 'controlling'

Dr Sandford said White acknowledged a very tough and very controlling relationship with Bradley and claimed he would be quite manipulative and he was frequently unfaithful to her and she admitted there was violence both ways.

14:09EMMA FLANAGAN

White said her only job was posting on OnlyFans where she made £50,000 in her first year

White said she had never had a job, but had worked self-employed on a website called OnlyFans, and had made some £50,000 from that in the first year - though made around a £1,000 a month after that. White confirmed she had a serious relationship aged 15, for seven months, then one at 16 for five months with a 29-year-old man before her relationship with Bradley.

A consultant forensic psychiatrist is now going over White's difficult childhood

The prosecutor has called Dr John Sandford, a consultant forensic psychiatrist. He told the jury he had been supplied with witness statements, transcripts of phone calls, as well as medical and social services records. He then took White' account of what happened. The court heard she had a difficult childhood, with violence from her dad to her mum - who split when she was aged four. She said, after that, her step-father physically abused her and she she was taken into foster care. Dr Sandford confirmed White had lived with her gran and dad, her schooling was disrupted and was excluded from school, going into a pupil referral unit. The court heard she acknowledged there had been behavioural problems.

In a voice note White is heard saying she'll end up killing him if he hurts her again

The jury is looking at three voice notes recovered from White's phone. She says "I have to beat the living daylights out of him and he still doesn't tell me the truth". She also says she can't trust anyone, and everyone knew how bad she could get - and recently she's been getting bad and there's no limits. She concedes that she'll end up killing 'him' if he hurts her again and she'll go to prison.

White called police about an assault on the night of Bradley's death

Welcome back to Court One, where the trial has resumed. The prosecutor is playing a short video taken by Crime Scene Investigators who attended Chipperfield Drive on Match 26. The jury is listening to a call White made to police at 7.38pm on March 25 when she reported that she had been attacked at Siston Common. After she says that the call has muffled background sound before being disconnected. At 7.42pm police rang the number back, and White tells them "I just got attacked" by a man at the pub. She says the man punched her to the ground at the Horseshoe pub. She then says she doesn't want police to come as she just wants to go home, before giving a description of the assailant. She then says she doesn't want to talk about and says she wants to sleep on it and will let them know if she wants to take it further

Sadly not a single word of this surprises me. Pretty much identical to what I had imagined

Thank you for the updates

Mental health experts

The judge has summed up medical evidence. He said a pathologist confirmed the blade penetrated Bradley's heart by 7cm and the force used was no more than moderate. The jury was reminded a consultant forensic psychiatrist called by the prosecution said White did not have any major mental health disorders but had a history of self-harm from 13 and had tried to get help for her feelings and emotional instability.
The psychiatrist concluded she suffered from a personality disorder and at the time of the stabbing she was stressed and upset and but knew what she was doing before, during and after the incident. A clinical psychologist called by the defence said 99 per cent of people were better than controlling their anger than White, who had traits of personality disorder, the court heard.
A consultant forensic psychiatrist called by the defence diagnosed White with borderline personality disorder which impaired her ability to form rational judgement. White accepts stabbing Bradley but says she intended only to shock and scare him and did not intend to cause him serious harm - at a time when her personality disorder impaired her ability to form rational judgement or exercise self-control.

14:59SOPHIE GRUBB

Stabbing at home

When they got to her home the couple argued, the judge said. At some point White stabbed Bradley in the heart. White said she stabbed Bradley but picked up the knife just to shock and scare him.
She denied attempting to kill him but the whole incident was over before she thought about it. White called 999 several times and her neighbours went around, found a "frantic and hysterical White" and tried to give Bradley first aid until paramedics arrived on the scene.
White said she loved Bradley, the court heard, and was screaming uncontrollably before following Bradley to hospital, where he was pronounced dead and White was charged with murder.

14:58SOPHIE GRUBB

Jury reminded of pub dispute

Focus has turned to events of March 25. The judge reminded the jury how White and her friend were in a park, Bradley joined them, and told her he didn't want to be with her anymore. Later White and friend went to the Horseshoe pub on Siston Common and were eventually joined by Bradley.
White and Bradley argued, the court heard, and White described herself as 6/7 out of ten intoxicated as well as taking a small amount of cocaine that evening. Bradley confided with a pal he wanted to leave White, but couldn't, the court heard.
White spat in a man's face, knocked Bradley's drinks over, and a man struck her to the ground - which she reported to police. Alfie Pike then gave Bradley and White a lift from the pub to White's home in Chipperfield Drive, the court heard. Mr Pike heard Bradley say "I'm dead when I get home" and he told Bradley to call him if he needed him.

14:57SOPHIE GRUBB

Week before

The jury has been reminded about the week leading up to Bradley's killing on March 25. Over these days Bradley tells her he is "petrified of her" after she deliberately stabbed him in the arm on March 19.
White admitted she would go into a temper and said Bradley had punched her in the arm. The judge reminded the jury of how White confided in a friend she had "massive trust issues" and how White and Bradley's relationship noticeably deteriorated.

14:33SOPHIE GRUBB

'Toxic' relationship

The judge told the jury White and Bradley's relationship was described as "toxic" or "very volatile" according to witnesses. White had a termination of Bradley's baby on March 17, the court heard. She said she sometimes took cocaine, had self-harmed and attempted suicide in the past.
She said she had not got on with Bradley's mum. Bradley and White were not supposed to be seeing each other but he was staying with her contrary to social services' wishes. White said there was violence both ways in the relationship. The jury was reminded that White had sent messages referring to her wanting to stab Bradley and another woman, but adding that she wouldn't because she couldn't risk prison.

14:31SOPHIE GRUBB

Judge summing up

Welcome back to Court One, where The Honourable Mr Justice Fraser is summing up the evidence to the jury. The judge said the defendant is 24 and said she had a difficult childhood, ultimately being fostered before getting her own accommodation aged 18.
She met Bradley when she was 15 and, when she was nearly 18, they got together. The judge told the jury White had a child with someone else and the cheating "went both ways".
She worked on the OnlyFans website, she said, making £50,000 in her first year. She also said she and Bradley had engaged in a foursome and a foursome was proposed but not had with twin sisters.

I think the jury might agree manslaughter is enough. She's already pleaded guilty to that hasn't she?

Her defence of having no ability to control her actions when angry just makes her seem even more dangerous to me.

She has.
I agree but the difference in the offences is intent? I'm not sure the prosecution have proven that.

I’m not sure.

For murder it has to be that she knew her actions carried a likelihood of serious harm or death, and she stabbed him in the heart.

But my comment was really about her line of defence. Whether she gets Manslaughter or Murder, I think she poses a real danger. Especially as she had also stabbed him just a week before.

Jury has sent the judge a note

Welcome back. The jury has a query about route to verdict. The judge has told them they all need to be agreed on a specific question before they consider the next. The panel consists of six women and four men, after two men were earlier disharged for legal reasons. The judge says there will be no verdict taken between 1pm and 2pm.
