EDIT: Just realised you probably mean on TV, well that would suck, it's the only real avenue where the baby is likely actually to be safe and well.Police also said it was unlikely - but that they hadn't ruled out the possibility - that the child could have been handed to someone else.

That baby would not have been 'ripped from its parents'.
It would, however, have been 'whisked off to hospital.
For the medical checks and treatment it should have had 54 days ago.
