The gruesome find in a north Suffolk field 30
years ago today which sparked an unsolved murder
--
Jeanette Kempton, known to her friends as Jean or Blonde Jean, was a 31-year-old mother-of-two from Brixton, south London.
She was last seen alive at her local pub, The Loughborough Hotel, 16 days before she was discovered on the edge of a field off the A12 near Wangford on the afternoon on Saturday, February 18, 1989
How her body came to be in a ditch 120 miles from her home in a county she had never visited is still a mystery – as is who killed her.
