One unnamed man in his 30s was arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in custody.

The police have not disclosed a cause of death for the woman, who was found at a terraced house registered to Sarah - who also goes by the surname Smith - on Winston Crescent.

Turns out it's really hard not to veer into speculation territory when things haven't been confirmed in MSM yet!

What has been released is this, though:

- SA was 39
- Man in his 30s has been arrested
- SA lived with her boyfriend, and had a dog
- Dog was released into care of family

So JMO, it looks as though the boyfriend is unable to take care of the dog.

Thanks for including the value of SA's sister's house DM - Such vital info

A 34-year-old man has been charged with the murder of a missing mother-of-three whose body was discovered last week.
Matthew Waddell, 34, was arrested when the body of 38-year-old Sarah Albone was found in Winston Cresent, Biggleswade.
Detectives investigating the death of Sarah Albone, also known as Sarah Smith, said that they have now charged Waddell with murder.
He has appeared at Luton Magistrate's Court and was remanded in custody.
The family of Ms Albone had reported her missing on February 21 after becoming concerned, having not seen her since before Christmas, and her body was found on February 25.
A spokesman for Bedfordshire Police said on Monday: 'A man has been charged with murder following the death of a woman in Biggleswade.

'Matthew Waddell was charged with murder following the death of Sarah Albone, aged 38 years, who was found at a property in Winston Crescent, Biggleswade on Saturday February 25.
'Waddell, of Winston Crescent, was remanded in custody after appearing at Luton Magistrates' Court.
'The victim has now been formally identified as Sarah Albone and specialist officers are continuing to support her family.'
Neighbours named the woman who lived in the house as Sarah Smith, the maiden name of Sarah Albone.
Sarah is described by several neighbours as a 'lovely girl' who was 'full of beans'.
Her sister Nikita Clayson, 29, didn't want to speak about the death of her sister from the steps of her £195,000 semi-detached house in Haynes.
Sarah's ex-husband, Stephen Albone, also declined to speak.
She was reportedly living with a boyfriend in Biggleswade and her Doberman dog, who has since been taken in by her family.

Honestly, bothering her sister on the steps of a village 20 minutes away from where the victim lived.... The absolute shamelessness of it all. What other information were the papers hoping she'd be able to give them? It's mining her grief for clicks and it's vile.

Maybe the BF isn't in the house now?

Matthew Waddell, 34, who lived with her at the address, has been charged with murdering the mother-of-three.
A plea hearing is due to take place on 24 April.

Senior Bedfordshire coroner Emma Whitting opened and adjourned an inquest into her death until the end of criminal proceedings.
Coroner's officer Alan Dawson said Ms Albone had been reported missing by her family on 21 February.
Police car outside house in Biggleswade

A date for a three-week trial at Luton Crown Court has been set for 21 August.

How did he bury her in the backyard without anyone noticing?

A murder was also committed (in a terraced house no less!!) without anyone noticing.

People were distracted over the Christmas period... The post-Truss slump really affected the area. Combined with early winter nighttime, there was likely a lot of opportunity with good cover of darkness to carry this out undetected.
