A JEALOUS boyfriend shouted "no one else will have you" before killing his girlfriend, another man and himself in a New Year's house fire, it has been claimed.

The remains of a 27-year-old woman and two men, aged 24 and 32, were found in the Kirton, Lincs home after the "ferocious" blaze broke out - forcing two others to jump from the upper bedrooms in the house to escape.

Police have launched a "domestic-related" murder investigation into the horror blaze that ripped through the home about 3am on January 1.

Fabio, 18, whose friend's relative knew the female victim, said the blaze was set by a jealous boyfriend "furious that he had been cheated on".

He said: "I’ve heard the guy found out he had been cheated on and went into the house with a jerry can of fuel which he set light to.

Boyfriend's 'threat before triple fatal love triangle fire'

Yesterday neighbours told how one woman, believed to be called Natalie Hall, shouted "help me, help me" after jumping for her life from her top floor bedroom window.

Miraculously she sustained only a slight injury to her leg.

The second survivor, police Community Support Officer Rachel Braim, was left "traumatised" after she was rescued by a neighbour who smashed a window to get her out.

Both received hospital treatment but were released.

It is believed a group of friends rented rooms in the home as part of a house share.

Yesterday the bodies of those who died were believed to still be in the property as fire investigators worked on the scene.

'Love triangle' could have caused deadly Kirton house fire that killed three

A 27-year-old woman, and two men, aged 32 and 24, all died in the "ferocious" blaze in Lincolnshire.

One of those who died in the devastating fire was named locally as Billy Hicks, 24.

It is believed he used to be “sweethearts” with a woman whose family owned the £350,000 home in Kirton, which exploded in flames on Tuesday around 3am.

He split from Jay Edmunds, 27, earlier this year. It is not known if she was the woman who perished in the fire.

Jealous ex-boyfriend 'stabbed two others before killing himself in house fire'

A second victim of a New Year's Day house fire was today named as a woman who died with a former boyfriend desperately hoping to win her back.

Jay Edmunds, 27, of Kirton, Lincolnshire, had split up with long term partner Billy Hicks, 24, a year ago and shortly before he lost his beloved father.

But the couple remained close friends even though both moved onto new relationships, friends said today.

A third man aged 32 also died in the fire which destroyed the £340,000 home owned and rented out by Miss Edmunds's parents, former pub chef Paul and his wife Donna, both 54.

Lincolnshire Police will not say who the killer is in the 'domestic related' murder which is still being investigated. Officers are not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident.

The mother of a man who was killed in a fatal house fire in Kirton has slammed a cruel scammer who set up a fake fundraising page for him.

Ms Hicks wrote on Facebook: "I am livid please do not donate any money for Billy's funeral on the go fund I DID NOT do it some parasite wants to get rich on my baby boy."

Still no official naming of those who died, or local naming of the third person. It seems a bit strange.

Lincolnshire Police have now revealed the people killed in the incident were Jay Edmunds, 27, from Kirton, Billy Hicks, 24, from Wyberton, whose names had already been widely reported.

The force has also now revealed Ashley Martin, 32, of Luton is the third person who died.

Detective Chief Inspector Karl Whiffen said it had been a complex incident to deal with.

He said: "We can confirm that Ashley Martin would be treated as a suspect in the deaths of Jay Edmunds and Billy Hicks.

“We are not looking for anyone else in connection with the deaths.

“A file will be passed to the coroner.

“However, it is important to note that a coroner’s role is not to apportion guilt or to attribute blame.

“They will determine essential facts about how each person died.

“Since this tragic event Family Liaison Officers have worked with relatives of all three people who died. During this time, families have read some inaccurate reports in media which they have found deeply upsetting."

He added that no further comment would be made until the inquests had been completed.
