Her goose is cooked. IMOFive+ minute video: @2:00 Richins’ (GS) spokesperson & attorney begins to speak about the drugs found in ER’s stomach. It is good and important evidence for the state. This evidence was recently released because the search warrant is no longer sealed. KR’s alleged Google searches after the husband’s death are shown on screen and stated how they are not helpful for the defense. “It wasn’t a bright murder," according to GS.
‘Damaging’ evidence revealed in Utah mom Kouri Richins case: Attorney | Dan Abrams Live
--Allegedly KR violated terms of her plea in abeyance for assault. These charges came after she attacked (y'all remember that?) her SIL when trying to stop KR from drilling into ER’s safe, which happened prior to his demise.
--Allegedly KR is to appear in court on March 12th, at 1:00 pm. This hearing is to show cause why the defendant’s plea in abeyance should not be terminated and a conviction entered.

Kouri Richins timeline: Utah grief author mom accused of poisoning husband
Kouri Richins allegedly spiked Eric Richins’ drink with fentanyl and then wrote a children’s book on grief after he died. Records reveal changes in life insurance policies before his death and estate battles after it.www.nbcnews.com
Correct. It's for the civil trial. I've not seen anything scheduled for the criminal trial. So this hearing is NOT for her murder trial, correct? TIA! I can not access the article you posted...

didn't this happen just after his death, when SIL told her she needed to stop drilling into the safe because Kouri was not granted the property in his will?--Allegedly KR violated terms of her plea in abeyance for assault. That’s what I thought too!didn't this happen just after his death, when SIL told her she needed to stop drilling into the safe because Kouri was not granted the property in his will?
Yes, agreed. Allegedly, KR hired a locksmith. SIL told her she needed to leave the safe alone (see nbc news linked article above), the state alleged in the filing, that KR became angry and punched her SIL in the face and neck.didn't this happen just after his death, when SIL told her she needed to stop drilling into the safe because Kouri was not granted the property in his will?

Until the Court determines whether or not the content of the "Envelope" is 1) actually privileged information or 2) relevant to the case, I don't think the public will receive information on what is happening in the "closed hearing" that was initially expected to take place in December. JMO
As if their words should be taken at face value at this point! Their word means diddly squat to me after reading KR's "WALK THE DOG" letter addressed to her mother. You know the one... where she told her mother exactly -- word for word -- what she and her brother and her friends should say about her during TV interviews just like this one.For the first time, we're hearing from Kouri Richins' family, including her mother, amid the ongoing trial where she stands accused of killing her husband, Eric Richins, by giving him a lethal dose of fentanyl.
CBS and "48 Hours" sat down with Kouri's mom and brothers. Lisa Darden said she got a phone call from her daughter.
