If they're petty things, can't the judge refuse their request to approach? I don't follow many court cases so I'm not sure how that works.

Hamada testifies that AH's role in Aquaman 2 was not reduced it was always meant to be of the small content/limited screen time because the star is Jason Momoa and was to be more a buddy film about the relationship between his character and Patrick Wilson. It was never meant to focus on Mera as a main character.

I think the chemistry issues were apparent after the first one and therefore when it came time to begin planning how 2 would look it was decided to focus on a buddy relationship with a male. It was clear to movie goers that AH and JM had zero chemistry. MOO that has nothing to do with JD and everything to do with the fact AH and JM simply didn't click and come off as a believable romantic pair.
