Missing Person Case

Please help find more info on Kim's case.

This is strange. Virginia Beach is near by and covered by The Virginian-Pilot newspaper and all 3 major networks and I don't remember seeing anything on this. VBPD have absolutely NOTHING on the department web page on her disappearance.

It looks like she’s listed with the Virginia state police (VSP)

With so little information to go on, almost any scenario regarding the disappearance of Kim is possible.

Abduction by a serial offender should be considered. Two known serial killers of women who were in that area on numerous occasions were Dennis Bowman and James Allen Kinney.

And she isn't the only unsolved case from that era that went missing from VAH Beach and almost nothing is heard from VBPD.
