Found Deceased VA - Morgan Dana Harrington, 20, Charlottesville, 17 Oct 2009 - #3

I have a 19 year old niece......this generation is in a look at me society.....she goes for a night out on the town with the girls and all they do is take photos of each other to plant all over facebook......makes me laugh....all these photos of having a good time but dont seem to be doing anything but pose for photos..

anyhow..can anyone confirm that there arent any photos before the concert or at the concert on her phone or her friends phones....because if not there is something seriously wrong there is no way they would not have taken photos before she went to the bathroom...that would prove she was there or not

i just started paying attention to this case and a lot of things are bothering me. first off, girls that age do not go to the bathroom by themselves. im ten years older than her and a lot of my girlfriends will still not go to the bathroom by themselves when we are out. i dont have a problem with it, and when i walk away to go off by myself, someone will usually follow me anyways...so, she probably didnt go to the bathroom. also, i work in a venue/arena and trust me, she is not hidden in there some where. out of the thousands of people that work in my place, less than 10 people have keys to anything (and they are all HR, higher-ups type people, not people who only work when there is an event), and not too many doors have locks there anyways, so she probably isnt locked up some where.
also, if it was her car and she couldnt get back in, why didnt she just have someone meet her at a door and give her back her keys? atleast she could sit in a car and wait for the concert to be over. makes no sense.
and i think the battery was removed from the phone so whoever could take out her sim card. does anyone know if the sim card is missing or if her phone had a memory card and if that is missing???

We're all waiting on the SIM card news and it hasn't been forthcoming that I know of. But that would certainly be key.

I agree - only I'm torn b/w she-never-left-the-arena OR she-never-arrrived-at-the-arena.

Or add to that, "....of her own volition."

I guess Im having a gi-normous problem with the "sightings" and "interactions" from people who could be basking in their 15 minutes... or 5 minutes as the case may be.

Why are we hearing more from supposed total happenstance STRANGERS than from the life-long friends who WERE RIGHT FREAKIN THERE?

Totally understand your pain! :banghead: That's why you can use a (trained) dog to confirm or negate these sightings (like on the bridge); down where her purse was found, etc. Of course if the dog confirms that she was on the bridge, there will be a trail and off the dog will go on it. If not, then the dog will give a negative to negate the sighting.

No info has been leaked by "sources close to the investigation"... Usually this happens...someone just can't keep their yap shut...

Surprising that none of the security guards or other arena employees have said anything to any member of the press...

Just sitting here thinking the same thing. I have also been waiting for some of those camera pictures the kids take constantly. Hummm.

I keep thinking of Mom Gils first statement "We want her to come home in time for the test"..huh????

I donno but the little bride scientist that was killed by the keeper of the rats was put into a closet wall and he needed no HR or special anything.

Speaking of her purse was anything taken from the purse. I have seen no discussions on that.
I think the sim card must have been there because they know she talked to her friend in the concert and also texted a male friend..per NG tonight.

Ive been hesitant to say some things b/c I dont want to offend anyone or get myself in a jam - maybe misunderstood; but I did wonder if she stayed at JMU for whatever reason she had. She's an adult and has a right to be there. I just wonder if something happened to her THERE and no one's talking.

The whole story.... the kiss... the going outside.... the NO TRACE of her anywhere... come on. I could go on... the "we waited a significant amount of time" but yet we didnt' PAGE HER.... (Why? b/c she wasn't there?) The no pix on anyone's phone or camera... the no sightings on security cams... even along the way? the not calling anyone the next day....

I'll stop there. You get my drift.

he also worked there everyday. most people that work in venues only work when there is an event. very few people are employed full time at places like that.

From the beginning, I've thought she never made it to the arena. The entire story of her wandering out of the arena and the friends being so nonchalant about it....nope...I don't believe any of them....including her parents.

The no pictures or video is really starting to get to me. People constantly take pictures of each other, the group, the band..on and on. Why no pictures from this group? I don't get it. Heck we even pinned another blonde in a black skirt and only when she said "Its me nor Morgan" did we back off. I am sure people have searched their pictures. Video camers have been checked. Also wouldn't the band security have some kind of video of the stage area that they would share. Has anybody in the whole world other than the three with her seen her there???

Several pieces of this puzzle are definitely missing.

I'm sure there are hundreds of "hiding" places in a large arena that no keys are needed to get into... And I'd bet certain panels are open to get to various equipment and electrical needs...

Of course whoever killed the cleaning lady in NYC didn't need keys to open the vent he shoved her in...

I am sorry if this has already been asked but in any of the missing posters or pictures in the newspapers or on tv over there is she wearing the outfit she went to the concert in???

If not why??? it would jog peoples memories better......would there be a legal reason they couldnt use anything on the girls phones????

There is no way these girls did not take photos of each other in their outfits before they went or at the concert.

I have seen situations where they have used the photos with people dressed in the clothes they were last in

does this mean there are no photos of her her metallica get up....find this very hard to beleive........ not from this age group.....maybe she wasnt there....

i was thinking how im goin insane on this, then i fig'd the father could treat me...and now i wonder if one of his patients or someone he testified for/against as an expert was a naredowell? she,d be easy pickins and the perp would know where to find her and could ease her defense by talkin about the dad....

anyone consider she made such a display of the outfit then had lookalike friend dress up as her and fake her presence? meanwhile she hi-tails it to shangrila or somewhere? just a thot-i did say i was going insane

I see your point and I agree, but it depends on what happened (if anything) and who had reason to want it to appear..... otherwise. (?)

If her phone were in the purse and she got separated from her purse... IDK. I'm just grabbing straws really. If the original story made a smidge more sense and if there were some inklings of proof to support the story rather than ONLY someone's word (and even those things are getting convoluted) I'd be more inclinded to believe it all.

There are millions of pictures taken every single day. How come not one of Morgan at the concert has surfaced. Surely those friends and Morgan took pictures and emailed them to friends and family as kids do. I am gonna watch the National Enquirer and see what enquiring minds have to say? I haven't read or heard that LE determined she actually entered the arena. I've only seen comments that Morgan hasn't been seen on any surveillance video.

ok, me neither actually. The press conferences are vague and confusing.
If she's not on any surveillance tape then she never made it to the arena as her friends suggested.

Actually her father gave up that little tidbit on the Nancy Grace show this evening. I gulped because that is the first crack in the wall of silence. Dr. Harrington said this friend is also not involved, of course . Hummm.
