Morning everyone... so my sign from Tori this morning wasn't purple but a butterfly just landing on a chair on my balcony! It would have stayed longer I suppose if my cats didn't freak out lol.

The jury just has to do the right thing, they just have to *sigh*

Mike Knoll: I have arrived at the courthouse - just sat down beside Randy and a court official told us the jury has a question for the judge. Randy is going to the courtroom now - could take 20 minutes.

Michael Rafferty is charged with kidnapping, sexual assault causing bodily harm and first-degree murder. He has pleaded not guilty on all counts.
With the first two charges, the jury has only two choices: convict Mr. Rafferty or acquit him. But they have the option of bumping the murder charge down to manslaughter if they are convinced he took part in the crime but did not kill Tori himself.

Please not manslaughter. JMO

Thanks - now I am getting a bit nervous - what would be considered a short deliberation versus a long deliberation? I truly do not follow trials and am trying to manage my expectations. Truth be known if they do not find him guilty of 1st degree I am going to fall into a weeping sack of chit.

I so wish I could go down there right now, I am waiting it out, hoping they have a verdict, maybe around lunch time, I will gladly spend my lunch hour at the courthouse hopefully watching MR crumble and cry and a guilty on all counts verdict is read. In anticipation I wore my necklace with little butterflies on and purple shirt.

On another note, I wonder what the question the jury has is????? Oh I am so impatient, that should have been my username :/

But that doesn't make sence. Didn't the judge said yesterday that if MTR knew the moment the hammer was bought what this thing was for, that he could be find guilty of murder too?
