In 2015, Duvall worked for the Wal Mart on Six Mile Cypress Parkway in North Fort Myers and helped investigators recover surveillance video from the store, he said.

Fort Myers, NOT North Fort Myers. Employee currently works at the NFM store, but worked at the Six mile location at the time of the crime.

Duvall is talking about surveillance video taken at the Wal Mart in North Fort Myers in 2015.

Again it is not in North Fort Myers, just to clarify. These two locations are about 15 miles apart, in different cities.

Assistant Public Defender Rexford Darrow is now cross examining the witness.

The date in question is June 28, 2015. Duvall said the "subjects" were not suspected of stealing anything from the store when asked by Darrow.

The "subjects" spent time in the electronics and hardware sections of the store, Duvall said.

The store sells t-shirts, screw drivers, wet wipes, trash bags, backpacks, men's shoes and bottled water when asked by Assistant State Attorney Hamid Hunter.

In June 2015, he was a lieutenant in the major crimes bureau assigned to the homicide unit.

The state keeps referring to the summer of 2015 because Teresa Sievers was killed in late June 2015.

The T-shirt it photographed hanging on a rack in Walmart.

Earlier in the trial, an investigator with the Lee County Sheriff's Office revealed a red, Budweiser T-shirt was seized from Jimmy Rodgers' Missouri home.
