Jean is the worst IMO. All Drama and sometimes the facts are not even right. I miss Beth on TV!

IIRC, Samuels kept tweaking his findings, re-scoring results from answers written on separate lined paper (not the actual test answer sheets due to his own Cheapskate Syndrome) to get a PTSD dx, but Dr. DeMarte was the psychologist who dx'd Borderline Personality Disorder.

The "No Criminal History" mitigator really bugs me because Jodi is a violent criminal, she just never got caught before. She grew pot, not just used it. She stole, she stalked, she slashed tires, she abused animals, she hacked. And all murderers have a first time. So what if it took her 'till almost 28 and her other boyfriends lived? They got lucky because Jodi was willing to let them go for something better.

I've never been one for the death penalty. This case has certainly changed my mind on that. Please let there be Justice for Travis and his Family. <3

Exactly how I feel too. Not typically for death penalty unless crime is severe and there's no doubt defendant did it. Both factors are a big yes. If ever a case calls for the death penalty this one does in my opinion. I put it with the Manson murders. Evil and deserving of the ultimate punishmemt.

That said my gut says she'll get life without parole. I'll be fine with death or life without parole. I'll be devastated if she gets life with possibility of parole.

You mean Paul said that Nurmi said that. Paul gets about 20% of the detail wrong, and sometimes his direct quotes from the lawyers and judge are almost certainly exactly the opposite of what they said or are just pure nonsense from a legal point of view.

You know, even if EVERYTHING JA said was true, Travis STILL would not have deserved to be murdered, and her mitigating factors do not justify a lesser sentence.

Just reminding myself of this in case there is someone on that jury that actually believes her.

-They all walked back from lunch.
-Picked their seats and sit looking at each other
-Pick a foreman (i'll guess juror #1)
-Foreman asks raise your hands if you want Life.....*crickets*
-Foreman asks raise your hands for death *all 12 raise both hands*

-Foreman smiles and fills out the verdict form...then they all sit back and chit chat about their past months of having to listen to
KN and JW drone on about what a jerk Travis was
