Thank You so much, indepmo. Watched the excellent long version.

The other day on another thread I was asking about a lighthouse or building that stood out. I see both the grain elevator and the old casino fit what I was picturing. It gave me chills. I really think you have the right area that begs for further searches.

How much trouble, and is it possible to find something tossed in the river?

So it took 2 minutes by car and you were sober. Next time do it drunk please so we can have an accurate timeline. :floorlaugh:

j/k

Thanks for the video. It looks like a nice peaceful area or is it because of the high profile that this case has turned out to be and locals don't want to have a microphone or camera shoved in their faces?

I wonder if any of the neighbors by the Irwin's ever noticed DB drive?

Thank-you very much indepmo for your videos...your theory post and especially for your generous time, you've given us all a view of the area we wouldn't have seen. It brings a lot into perspective.

Speaking of DB driving, I don't really know where to put this or even IF the question has ever been asked or an answer given, but WHY doesn't DB have a drivers license?

Cerner Corporation owns the Old Sams' Town Casino. As far as I know they have had activities there, but also a few months ago when I was there they had security guards. I am not sure if they still do.

We had a guy on here awhile ago (maybe 2 weeks ago?) who said he was a security guard at a nearby Casino? Is this the casino he worked at? Does anybody else remember that guy or am I going nutty?

I'm curious as to how many trains left that area over night. Were any of the box cars checked by LE. so many places in your video to hide out, or hide a child.

I didn't quite understand the first part of your post. Would driving it drunk help find LISA or ?

I was thinking that exact same thing. My sister actually lived in the house that backs up to the I-B home when she was about 18. I remember driving up there and sometimes there would be crazy long trains "parked" that did not seem to move for hours.

There are so many possibilities in this case that it is mind boggling!

Someone was on here saying they worked at the old Sams Town Casino and they were talking about a dumpster fire on the 3rd from one of their cleaning crews throwing a cigarette in it.

Thanks so much..this was very helpful with understanding how long it takes to get to each location.

I was kidding. Did you see the "j/k"? But with that said, she was allegedly drunk so I would think driving under the influence wouldn't be as easy as it seems in the video. Therefore, it is my opinion that she did not drive if she is involved in harming Lisa.

it would be good to see the route indepmo took around the time of the neighbor sighting, just to put it into perspective to see how easy it would be to go unnoticed. but of course i wouldn't expect anyone local to go driving around at midnight

I would! Indepmo, In Da Middle...get going. C'mon! Hop to it!

(Please do not do this drunk as others have suggested.) :floorlaugh:

His or her name started with an L...umm...sounded like a place name.

Grrrr, I hate stuff like this. Now I have to go look or it will drive me bonkers!

is there no more threads for discussing MSM coverage??? totally off topic from this thread but I can't find one

It ended up turning into a general discussion thread since there wasn't much going on so it was closed by a mod.

Final video I am posting tonight.
This is a drive from the Irwin home, down the road where the dumpster fire was, then to the convenience store. I've provided a few different views of the so called "woods" on that corner, and I drove around the block.

Someone else asked about the river and the current so included some river video.

Thanks You made me nostalgic, I miss 'Alter Ego', great store where we bought some of our riding gear and helmets. [MO has a helmet law]. Those who don't know KC get to see how rural it is for a city.

What I saw from the video was how easy it would be to throw a baby into the river. Unfortunately with all the failed searches I strongly suspect this is what may have occurred.

That is what I think too. Baby and phones. In the River. I sure hope they get some divers out there.

Thank you!!! Very helpful! I was surprised at how little activity was around the area but then I realized that my baseline is the Anthony neighborhood so that's like comparing the county fair to the Cirque du Soleil.:floorlaugh:
The activity level today is NOTHING like it was. It was like the Anthony's media wise. No protesters yet though. No outrage or anger being publically displayed at all like the A's so if that is what you were talking about then you are very correct. Media activity has died down starting today. His video shows the first day you could get through that intersection just north of their house without danger from media vehicles blocking the view.

Something I noticed when I stepped out of my vehicle and around the corner of the woods where there was a small gravel road was all of the amounts of trash in the woods. It looked like a popular dumping ground for the neighborhood. Paint cans, childs swimming pool, and just a bunch of junk. No trash bags that I could see, just a lot of trash. It's very grown up and a lot of trees, and within the trees there is a very large gully. WHen it rains (or the river is up), this are retains water. I didnt go into the woods, but I walked up furth east to the edge where there was a clearing and there was some water in there.

Google Maps

This has been an area of interest to me for quite some time, it's close to home to hurry there and hurry back to try to go undetected at wee hours of the morning.
This area is the mouth of the creek where it meets the river. This is the are where some vagrants are known to be on occasion. This area was checked at least once when they drained the creek. Not sure if it was the other times during the woods checks. But yes, very accessible.
