I can't help but to think that, if on average, predators were primarily stalking and abducting, raping, killing MEN (instead of women and children) then we'd probably see a lot more action taking place, ie. death by firing squad, lobotomies... when will viloent sexual predators be taken seriously -- operative words violent sex ??? do women have to grow dingalings in order to get a message out?

Report: Sexual predators allowed to drink at state facility
Associated Press
ARCADIA, Fla. - Violent sexual predators wander "staggering drunk" on homemade alcohol around a privately operated treatment center here and often have brutal fights, a report says.
The report by the Department of Children & Families' inspector general portrays the Florida Civil Commitment Center as a largely lawless place where rapists and child molesters freely consume alcohol and brawl.
"All residents and staff interviewed admitted 'everyone' knows the residents make and consume homemade alcohol, called 'buck,'" the report completed last month said. "Two residents during the investigative interview admitted being intoxicated at the time."
The commitment center, in rural Arcadia, opened in January 1999 following the passage of the Jimmy Ryce Act. The law, named after a 9-year-old Miami-Dade County boy slain by a child molester, allows the state to house sexually violent predators indefinitely for treatment after their prison sentences are completed, on the theory that they are mentally ill and unable to return to society.
