That's almost what it looks like to me. Doesn't London have building codes, like we do in America? Or does this get some kind of artistic exemption?Perhaps they were built as a kind of a challenge, so they'd make the news and go viral.

I really don’t see how this bathroom could in any way be called “swanky.”How do they get dirty clothing up there, and washed clothes back down? I presume that's a washer on the left (washer, dryer, combo, doesn't really matter in this situation). Does the railing also serve as a means of transporting clothes, laundry bags and baskets?
