Time for a little JM on Snapped here in Oregon (Lifetime) Wendy Andriano case.

Two Threads behind :(
Anyone know who or where to find out the names of the specialists that were approached by the DT to be the DV expert witness and politely passed, prior to AL accepting this gig?

Also, how does everyone know there were others approached prior to AL?

I too would like some verification. I have only seen posts that say no one in Az would take this case, but I have not seen any comfirmation regarding this. Does anyone know this for a fact, or are we all just assuming? Anyone?

Clue Finder... There is nothing wrong with them meeting or prepping the witnesses.

So what's their problem with juan taking pics and signing an autograph or two. Do they have someone following him.? No snark just annoyed with the DT

It is common place, routine and totally normal for the experts to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner with the defense team. When I worked for my dad, a defense attorney, I often ate with them all during court breaks. You discuss the case, and the testimony. That is not necessarily coaching the witness. But you absolutely are allowed to discuss strategy. I don't see a problem with it, and I am a verified Juanette.

I don't have a problem with it either BUT....if I see Nurmi or Wilmot massaging ALV's shoulders, then I'm gonna have a problem.

My bad. He said it to HLN apparently, so again to be taken with a grain of salt.

Witness: Arias called me the night Travis Alexander died - YouTube

Wasn't that call he received when the mysterious person was in the car with him a call from Chris Hughes?
At least that was what he testified during the evidentiary hearing on prosecutorial misconduct, when he plead the 5th when he was asked who was in the car with him. I don't remember the details, but it was something about Chris Hughes calling him to ask him why he was on the Defence's witness list.

Did Gus testify or in any way say that Jodi called him and told him she killed Travis? I must have missed that, so sorry if it was discussed before, but somehow that strikes me as odd. Wouldn't that have been a huge thing? I mean, for one Gus would be in big do-do for failing to report a crime, and it would mean he knew Travis was dead and didn't tell anyone about it until he was found, and that afterwards he remained silent with such important information while Jodi spun her tales of 'I wasn't there' and 'the ninjas did it'.

I mean, Gus was kinda...weird, but that seems like a bit much even to me. If anyone could clarify whether he truly said that Jodi called him after the murder and told him that she killed Traivs or not would be very much appreciated.

Regarding the Theft of the Laptop from the Psychologist: What shocks me is she didn't make a backup of something so important. Any Clinical Psychologist getting ready to testify in Court would know to back up their work. That was just plain incompetence on her part. I mean you can have anything you do automatically backup up online now with zero effort with a cloud service. What an oops moment for her.

I doubt it had anything to do with the Trial though. Just a simple Burglary. :what:

How do you know she didn't back up her report?

I've never understood why they did this. They're instantly recognizable. How could they be sure someone wasn't eavesdropping. Everyone seems to be scrambling for any details on this case.

Would it have killed them to hang out in Alyce LaViolette's hotel room or have dinner at the mit specialist's house or even JW's house?

Especially when Alyce has a mob after her! Internet bullies etc...

TY, I somehow missed this.It looks like he said " ________effin b..ch." then shook his head. Who was he directing it to, not the judge, I hope.

Lol sounded like MFN !b
Yeah he def was cursin. Pissed but why who was on the stand ALV?

I remember someone was saying it was mailed. Probably part of JA's plan, to mail it on a certain date to get there but not early enough to allow Travis to deposit it or whatever and then time to get back to Yreka.

I heard that too, to somehow help show she wasn't there, but never saw it confirmed.

No he is not dead. He is alive...

ETA - oops... looks like 20 ppl already answered this question...

For as many times as this comes up, it helps to have 21 people refute this rumor.

That someone was the defendant, she stated that to Detective Flores.

It is up to an individual to decide if they actually believe her or not. ;)

Oh, man... Amber Trudell is on now (Lifetime) -- another example of a wacky stalker murderer.

I'm throwing this in, not in response to anybody's post, but just because I don't want to lose this information (in the fog).

I googled the name Bobby Juarez and got one of the White Pages entries that says there are 10 people with that name in the U.S. and Canada. If you search by the name Robert Juarez, the number jumps to 240.

That sounds awfully low. Ten people in the US and Canada? I'll bet there are hundred Bobby Juarez'z in California alone, maybe in just Los Angeles. I think the white pages must just use land lines, which most Bobby Juarez'z would not have.

Do you or anyone remember the time as I am assuming the date was 6/4. ty

1:42:53 - JA
1:44:00 -JA
1:44:50 - TA
1:47:15 - TA

2 others had no date or time stamp (unrecoverable) and I believe there were two more photos but too blurry to make much out, I haven't seen the other two and haven't even seen screen shots of them.

Not all of them, there were two of the defendant that were not date and time stamped.

Unallocated clusters
The photo where she is looking at the camera most evident her hair is in braids.
The photo that is a close up of her female anatomy.

<barf> thanks for that......haha......I'll never forget that day....court was recessed of tech probs....don't remember....grabbed my iPad....ran upstairs to try to reload stream........BAM......POW....MY EYES ........wtf.....etc. then it kept repeating....LOL

So... hmm... Don't you think this case would have been just as provable without the photographs? Wouldn't have known about the murder foreplay, ie. sex. And the time frame would have been vaguer. But they still have the premeditation and palm print etc.

I am watching Dante's Peak. Pierce Brosnan (he is so yummy) just said the exact words about boiling the frog that LaViolette said in testimony., now we know where she got it.

He is yummy. I'm watching Constantine which has two of my favorite crushes in it - Keanu Reeves and Gavin Rossdale. Gwen Stefani is soooooo lucky :heartbeat:

Well there you go. That pretty much sums it up. Thanks

Okay. I hadn't looked closely at this check as an alibi to Travis. Wasn't it dated May something? Do we know for sure she didn't mail it to him?

I was thinking about that check... wonder if she even had enough in her account to cover it? She knew it would never be cashed but that sure would be telling. Anyone remember how much the check was for?

Just to put a quirk in this, she testified early on that her luggage was ALREADY in the car, put there by either her or Travis, and then later on when Mr. Martinez asked her what she grabbed after the murder, she says "her luggage."

hmmmmmmm

From YouTube: It starts at the 2:10 mark.

Jodi Arias Trial - Day 30 - Part 2 - YouTube

She behaves like a celebrity leisurely answering questions at a press conference. So cavalier as she pours water, eases out of her coat as if she has all the time in the world (all while flippantly answering Juanderful's questions), adjusts her chair and folds the jacket over her lap, flips her hair and rolls her eyes.

No question she's a sad broken and distraught woman who felt her life was in peril and killed because she had no other choice.
