On June 22, 2019, after a report from a passer-by, officers found the dead body of a woman on the Sint Anthoniekade in Westdorpe. The woman turned out to be shot. She was wearing no clothes, no jewelry, and no tattoos or other items that might reveal her identity. To this day, the Dutch Public Prosecution Service and the police have unfortunately not yet received information that led to the identity of the unknown woman shot to death. Several reports have been published about this case since June 2019, and around 500 tips have now been received by the investigation team, but they have not yet led to a solution of the case, or the identity of the woman. It is for this reason that the Chief Public Prosecutor has offered a reward of 15,000 euros for the person who reports with the golden tip that leads to the identification of the unknown woman and the solution of the crime that caused the woman's death.

The unknown woman has a fair complexion (Caucasian), she was probably between 50 and 65 years old and has short, reddish hair. She is about 5’2” (160 cm) tall and had no tattoos. The woman has undergone several operations. These medical procedures are believed to have removed her ovaries, uterus, gallbladder, and cecum.

The investigation team has a so-called post mortem drawing. This is a drawing made on the basis of the facial structure and structure of the face of the deceased woman. In this way the draftsman tries to portray what the woman may have looked like when she was alive. The draftsman was approached by the investigative team because a photo of a deceased person often looks different from what the person looked like when they were still alive. The draftsman tries, as it were, to bring life back into it. After showing this photo, the research team hopes for tips from acquaintances of the woman. This way, the detectives may be able to find out who the woman is and return her to her loved ones. It would be nice if they could say goodbye to the hitherto unknown woman in their own way.

Unfortunately there is no English version available. Let me know if you need translations.

Do you guys have any theories on this? It seems odd for her to not be identified yet. Very clear pictures, and how can no one miss their friend/family member?
