I couldn't vote because I'm pretty sure that both will do the closing. Please don't ask for a link, but there was a hearing where the topic was discussed. I believe Judge Perry said that they could split with one doing the first part and one doing the second, after the defense.
I would say that Linda Drane Burdick would go first and explain the charges against Casey and what decisions the jurors would have to make to convict her on each one. She also might go through, in her orderly fashion, the facts that were proved by the State and those the defense would not prove.
Jose Baez would then do his closing. He will be dramatic and bombastic as he was in his opening and attempt to make his case.
Then, Jeff Ashton will finish in his very best oratorical fashion, rebutting every one of Baez' arguments.
