Who do you think from the SA will deliver Closing Arguments?

I'm hoping for Linda. She is quick, concise and emphatic. She makes you agree with her and she is captivating. I love JA too, but I feel he loses composure in some ways when he gets worked up.

I voted that JA will do the closing. LDB is great at laying out the facts in a clear concise way. She was brilliant with the opening. But I feel JA has the passion and the heart to really drive their point home. He will leave the jurors with a sense of what we all felt with the "make him stop" speech.

That said, if LDB does do the closing, she will do a spectacular job as well. This is a win win situation with these two!

I love them both so will have no issue whichever way it goes. I voted JA because in my mind the close needs raw passion that goes to the jurors hearts. Jeff's passion and absolute command of the facts will do the trick.

I love that raw emotional side of him. Shows he's more than just a suit doing his job. The big bad mean SA's and LE. He always makes me think of Caylee and justice for her is what this about.

I hope that JA gives the closing. I want to hear him drive it home like he did when he explained why the state was seeking the death penalty. He was riveting at that hearing. I want the camera fixed on KC as she implores her defense team to "make him stop".

I couldn't vote because I'm pretty sure that both will do the closing. Please don't ask for a link, but there was a hearing where the topic was discussed. I believe Judge Perry said that they could split with one doing the first part and one doing the second, after the defense.

I would say that Linda Drane Burdick would go first and explain the charges against Casey and what decisions the jurors would have to make to convict her on each one. She also might go through, in her orderly fashion, the facts that were proved by the State and those the defense would not prove.

Jose Baez would then do his closing. He will be dramatic and bombastic as he was in his opening and attempt to make his case.

Then, Jeff Ashton will finish in his very best oratorical fashion, rebutting every one of Baez' arguments.

Hard choice, I like both, but I voted for JA. JA had my crying my heart out for Caylee on the duct tape evidence. He made me SEE Caylee. The jury needs to SEE Caylee and think about the evidence. JA can have passion and be clear and precise about the evidence. JA understands what he needs to do and as long as he keeps this in mind he can be Caylee's hero. Total heart is what the jury needs to hear to keep Caylee in mind. Casey IS there and he needs Caylee to outshine her.

I LOVE LDB... but Ashton just has that tone that makes you jump. He put on h3ll of a performance when he was describing the duct tape scenario... He will make the jury jump!
