Wow, this is interesting, as there are many people who believe, to this day, that Patsy Ramsey was responsible for her daughter's death.

I truly wonder if someone else was at the house that day. Someone that Rebecca would cover for, without hesitation.

I know there are circumstances where someone may be expected to 'cover' for someone, but there are probably just as many reasons someone would want to cover for another person.

If GS and ES were truly supposed to leave that day at noon, as per the calendar in Rebecca's phone, and this occurred after 9 am, did Dina bring Max over to say goodbye to his siblings? Did Dina go over to say goodbye to GS and ES? Where was Dina after Max's accident, when her car was at home, but she wasn't?

BBM - Sunnie, I'm sorry, I must have missed this along the way. Was Rebecca's calendar examined in her phone that states that GS and ES were to go home at noon or was this released somewhere else? That's huge in my mind because Rebecca seemed to be the chauffeur for everyone and that would make it significant.

It is posted somewhere on one of the threads. I thought the same thing when reading it, as Rebecca seemed to be the family transportation manager.

Also, WHY would Jonah take Max to the airport for a 6 am flight? And then supposedly they were going to go to the zoo? Can you imagine a 6 year old, that had gotten up about 4 am, been to the airport, waited for you to go to the gym, going to the zoo happily, without being tired or cranky?

This has bugged me for a long time now!! I don't know a 6 year old that would do well on that schedule. Especially if his older brother and sister had just left that morning, as they were probably up late the night before packing and visiting friends and possibly other family to say 'goodbye'.

It was not a 6 am flight. And Max wasn't the one leaving, so he could have gotten up at the last moment.

According to reports pieced together from several sources, between 6 and 7 a.m. on Monday, July 11, the twice-divorced Shacknai and his 6-year-old son, Max, drove his other children—Ethan, 13, and Gabby, 14—to the San Diego airport for a flight to Phoenix, where they were meeting their mother.

Considering I haven't seen a single source up until this article appeared, saying that between 6 and 7 a.m. on Monday, July 11, JS took all three children to the airport, I am really curious as to what/who these supposed sources are.

Also considering the author of the article is mainly known for writing for the beauty section of Allure magazine on restylane, anti-aging fillers, etc. Could she possibly be considered sympathetic to his cause? :waitasec:

Where did SunnieRN get that it was a 6 am flight?

I think I posted that and maybe someone else did too.

The times and movements of the family that day do not match Rebecca’s blackberry. Which shows Mr. Shacknai’s children leaving at noon and little Max going to his mother.

Someone stole Rebecca’s credit card, the charges are to the Apple Ipod store and a dating site called Zoomsk.
Also, I wonder if they know who stole her credit card and used it - they must know the profile on Zoosk?

Oh dear - now we're back to this McKenna person - and you all know how I feel about her lol.

Question: how does Kathleen McKenna know what was on RZ's phone? (BTW, Ms. McKenna - it's a Samsung, not a Blackberry)

It doesn't come from that article, so from where does the 6 am come? Link please.

The following time of the family members' departure for the airport was mentioned in the DailyBeast article reporting on the Newsweek article of September 18 and quoted in Post #105 earlier in this thread:

"between 6 and 7 a.m."

MOO.

Take it for what it's worth! I don't know about the supposed calendar or what ever it is, but the info seems specific. Surely, the iPod and Zoosk thing aren't completely made up?

I don;t know about this family, but, if my baby brother lie in the hospital struggling to hold onto his lil life, I don't think I would hop on the frist plane out of town:maddening:

The siblings left before the accident.

The siblings left before the accident.

The source is unnamed that says the siblings left before the accident. I could also pay a PR firm to get Daily Beast to state anything I wanted. Just because it is reported on MSM - actually is Daily Beast even considered MSM? - it doesn't make it true.
