Looks to me like LE, as docs are emerging, has done a thorough investigation into anyone associated with Casey in any sort of way.

I'm really interested to see how everything and everyone LE has investigated in regards to this case will be pieced together and presented by the State Attorney's.

pg 409 of Cindy's depo....Caseys cellphone was in her purse. It was among the belongings Lee retrieved from Tony's house.

pg 411-412....Casey had her phone with her while she was giving LE the run around (Looking for Zani, going to Universal)

pg 413-414.....LE hands GA/CA the cellphone and tells them "by all means, let Casey use her phone." Cindy hears Casey talking to Tony between 8-9AM. She heard Casey saying something about having $14,000 saved up. Cindy finally tells Casey to hang up, as she has been on the phone for at least an hour.

Okay then. I'm very interested to hear what EG had to say to LE. Has there been an interview that we know of?

For all we know, someone may have given a testimony that LE considers to be truthful - isn't that a possibility?

Also interesting but could mean nothing at all is that Brandon S has a friend call "Senaida" on his myspace. I believe it may be his sister in law.

I have always wondered if this is where she got the name from.

Not to add to the confusion, BUT!! Didn't we find way back when that KC "knew or knew of" 2 Zenaida's one with a sister name Samantha who were at the same HS she went to, while she was enrolled?

Zenaida being a little older (1 or 2 grades ahead of ) and Samantha being KC's age or 1 yr younger?

Very important info from Erica that I had previously overlooked-KC lying about Caylee being alive in July, by pretending Caylee was with her....shows what a massive liar KC is to the jury, why would KC even mention Caylee in such an out-of-context way unless she had done something to her? Otherwise, KC states herself that Caylee had been missing for 31 days prior to that-KC trying to hatch an elaborate plan, it would seem to me.
And in a juror's mind, can post-meditation imply pre-meditation in this case?
Hopefully EG has a great memory come trial time, one that the defense can't chip away at.

I don't remember seeing that statement either and its interesting for a few reasons.....not once that i recall seeing or have read anywhere that Casey alluded to being with Caylee the day before the house of cards came tumbling down. She told the police she rec'd a call on 7/15....and that Caylee had been gone for 31 days. I think this witness is a double edge sword to the defense. I think she can do more damage than not. Even if that's what Casey told her....then why the story from Casey to LE & others that it's been 31 days. Just another thing that makes no sense in this case.

I remember Jesse testified to that too - he told YM initially over the phone a certain date - June something - and then he corrected the date to a later date. I think one of the dates was June 24 but I'm not sure if it's the date he began with or the one he ended up changing it to.
