The third person of interest is Ryan Michael Peacock (Caucasian), age 24, born July 1, 1983. He has previously resided with his brothers David, age 41, and Stephen Peacock, age 34, (POI's #1 & #2 can be viewed under the Kelly Nolan thread) in Mt. Horeb, WI & Madison, WI and has lived in Marshfield, WI, Fitchburg, WI and Wisconsin Rapids, WI. Deidre Harm also lived in both Marshfield, WI and in Wisconsin Rapids, WI, which is also Brittany Zimmerman's hometown. Zimmerman was another murder victim found in Madison, WI. Kelly Nolan disappeared from Madison and was found east of Fitchburg, WI in the Town of Dunn, WI.
Since both David and Stephen Peacock are both suspects in the disappearance of Crystal Arensdorf in Dubuque, IA on July 4th, 2001, I thought I'd show that these two people have strong connections with their brother Ryan, who not only lived with David and Stephen near the Nolan and Zimmerman sites, but also could have presumeably visited Ryan in both Wisconsin Rapids or Marshfield (or even lived with him there).
Ryan, as you can see from the map below, lived in close proximity to Deidre Harm in Wisconsin Rapids and in Marshfield, WI and very well could have known Zimmerman and Harm in both Rapids and Marshfield and also Nolan and Zimmerman in Madison and Fitchburg, WI.
There are two other people who LE might want to check out: Sherman L. Taylor (Afro-American) and Jeanette Makurat (Caucasian). They were both involved in a drug crime with Ryan Peacock (see CCAP) some time before Deidre's disappearance. A restraining order was put against a Joy Taylor by Makurat for harrassment. It appears somebody dropped a dime on someone.
Ryan, Jeanette & Sherman also not only lived in the same apartment buildings in Wisconsin Rapids on both Baker Dr & Biron Dr., but, coincidentally (there's that same word again!) they also all lived in Madison, Fitchburg & Marshfield, WI.
Sherman Taylor has an upcoming drug trial in Wausau, WI and Jeanette lives in Wausau according to her Myspace and Facebook account. These two were living together since living in Marshfield. One of her friends on one of those accounts is a Michelle Peacock of Mt. Horeb, WI., another Peacock connection.
I was told by one Wisconsin Rapids resident that the victim was rumored "to have been found in a refrigerator". Another resident said "the word on the street was that two unknown African-American males took her out there and killed her because she was an informant working with the police after she had gotten busted herself and that she had narced either the African-American males out or one of their friends for drug dealing in Wisconsin Rapids". This individual also stated that "a friend of his lived across from her apartment and that black guys were going in and out all the time. He said he'd heard the refrigerator rumor too." The individual also stated "the reason the cops weren't releasing any of this information was because <snip>". I stress that these are just rumors, not facts.
Also, there have been other unsolved murders in the area that may be linked. In 1996, a Jane Doe's vertebrae and pelvic bone (another found-in-pieces-case) were found at a rest stop in Amherst, WI, Portage County, WI. Janet Raasch, a UW student, was found in the Town of Buena Vista, Portage County (by hunters, of course) in 1986.
With victims and POI's all living in the exact same four or five different towns, it seems there are just too many coincidences and I'm hoping that LE can find some link or check with the victim's families whether they might have known the Peacocks, Taylor or Makurat. I do not know whether Ryan or Stephen Peacock currently live at the last addresses listed on CCAP but David Peacock does have a warrant out for his arrest. If we are dealing with potential serial killers LE might want to start tracking these violent criminals and find out where David Peacock is hiding out at.
Note below that Ryan Peacock was in Rapids around the time of Harm's disappearance but filed a change of address sometime after that but returned to Rapids and got busted fishing without a license by Barry Meister. I think he lived in Rapids long enough to know where Blueberry Ridge was located. (I'm uncertain whether Harm was found on Blueberry Ridge off Marsh Rd, or, an area just off Blue Ridge Rd and Marsh Rd. Both places are near each other).
