A man and woman were found dead with gunshot wounds. Officials aren’t saying how the girl is related.

There is an Amber Alert issued for the missing girl, 8-year-old Ralane Tuinstra. The description is as followed:

According to the alert, Ralane may be with 33-year-old Nicholas Tuinstra.

It's in that article link. Her dad killed her mom and another person. Article says he's been found as well. She's ok.

Police say Sunday morning that the girl has been found safe and is with relatives.

Police said the girl, along with the 33-year-old man, were found with relatives in Marquette County. The Marquette County Sheriff's Department was able to remove the girl from the home, and was able to convince the man to surrender.

The man, reported to be her father, is currently in custody and is being questioned by authorities.

The City of Berlin Police have identified the two victims of Saturday night's supposed double homicide.

Melissa J. Tuinstra and Justin M. Daniels, both 28 and residents of Berlin, were shot multiple times and pronounced deceased by the Green Lake County Coroner.

The two people killed in Berlin Saturday night died of multiple gunshot wounds, Berlin Police Chief Dennis Plantz said in a news release Tuesday afternoon.

Justin Daniels and Melissa Tuinstra were killed on Broadway in downtown Berlin. No arrests have been made.

It took jurors a little more than two hours to convict Nicholas D. Tuinstra shortly before 10 p.m. Monday in Green Lake County Circuit Court of two counts of first-degree intentional homicide and one count of stalking resulting in bodily harm with a dangerous weapon, all as a domestic abuse incident, according to online court records.

Judge Mark Slate accepted the jury's verdict and convicted Tuinstra on all three counts and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

GREEN LAKE (WLUK) — A Green Lake County man convicted of killing his estranged wife and the man she was seeing was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole Thursday.

As prosecutors talked about the allegations of abuse by Nicholas toward Melissa in front of their daughter, Nicholas lashed out.
He lunged at the prosecution table, screaming profanities.
After a recess, court resumed, and Tuinstra apologized for his outburst.

“I apologize for the disturbance,” Tuinstra said after sheriff's deputies returned him to the courtroom following a 20-minute recess. "I wanted my wife and (her boyfriend) to be happy. ... She was my princess."

Melissa Tuinstra’s sister, Jessica Seegert, was one of several family members who spoke during Thursday’s hearing, directly addressing her former brother-in-law.
“I now get to carry around Melissa’s ashes wherever I go,” she said. “If you, Nick, loved Melissa, why did you kill her? Jealousy? You should’ve put your big-boy pants on and left her alone."

The court proceedings were interrupted twice by Tuinstra. At one point he shouted an expletive when District Attorney Andrew Christenson said Tuinstra has not shown concern for his 11-year-old daughter.
A shackled Tuinstra stood up from his swivel chair at the defense table, took what the judge later described as a “threatening stance” and stepped toward the prosecution. It took two sheriff’s deputies to restrain him and a third to remove him from the courtroom and into a holding cell.
“My daughter is a very sensitive subject," Tuinstra said after returning to the courtroom after a 20-minute recess. "I don’t care what happens to me; all I ask is, please, don’t take away my consultation with my family or my daughter."
