Where is Adam? (in this picture)

Seems Adam should be walking into court with his entourage of lawyers, right? Instead it is his brother, Jonah. Wow, a picture really is worth a thousand words...or thousands of dollars worth of attorneys. JMO

Wow, she really meant Nothing To Him. Justice comes even for those who believe they are above all law and order. On those who claim privilege. On those who disgust.

If you look closely, it appears that Adam is hidden behind atty Dan Webb, with the dark haired female attorney to his (Adam"s) right.

There has never been a doubt in my mind that JS is involved in this. He lied when he said he left a message saying Max was deteriorating. That was completely untrue. Why would he lie about that? Why did he send Pfingst in the SAME DAY she was discovered and who the hell let him into the crime scene? I don't believe JS is capable of caring for anyone but himself and possibly his children. I think it's possible he blamed Rebecca for what happened to Max and therefore didn't care what his brother did to her.

Many people have said that there was NO relationship between JS and Adam prior to Max's fall so why did Adam rush out all of a sudden and leave right after Rebecca's death? Why is a cheapass like JS spending all this money defending him?

I cant help but feel concern for his new woman and their kids. I can't help but think she is also easily despensable to him.

This is all my opinion and speculation. Nothing more.

Adams choice of words is SO telling. At approx 50 seconds in he says "how would I answer for "this" if I didn't try something"?

Since the defense team has access to the names of the jurors, it wouldn't take much digging into their lives to find ways to "get to them"..........let's not forget that JS is a manipulative person.

And "I fear..I hope to God she wasn't tied up"

Very true Tortise. Also the end when he get the results and his head pops up. There is such a detachment the whole way through. I think I will listen to the 911 call again. That was also so telling. I recall someone posted info about how criminal profilers break down 911 calls to help determine guilt and it was spot on in outlining what Adam said.

that is crazy I can't believe this

No court on Friday right?

Tricia, that interview was mind blowing. It finally put some pieces together for me. Thank you for all you do to keep these cases in the spotlight. You do a great service. 

Thank you for your kind words Peaceful. Reading your post really means a lot to me.

Members like you and Cynic make my job easy. I would name a few thousand more fine members of Websleuths but my time is short. I must leave my computer and let the cat out. :)

Thanks again everyone,

I had the same reaction. One doesn’t need any deep insight to see there is something seriously amiss in the statements of both AS and his brother. Actually, I’m not sure whose comments shocked me more – those of AS or of JS. As reported by Town and Country Magazine last November, there was a disturbingly unusual comment JS made to his ex-wife at the death bed of their son. When his ex- asked why Rebecca would commit suicide, he replied, “Asian honor.” He then made the stabbing gesture of Seppuku. Later, in an interview with the Sheriff Department at the hospital, he commented, “She comes from a true Asian background . . . they just look at things differently in terms of responsibility.” It was a surprise to me that these comments were made so soon after RZ’s death. It implied an extremely early acceptance of suicide before the investigation had even been initiated, let alone completed.

I mentioned Jonah's 'Asian honor' remark the other day as sticking out for me as well. Of course, we don't know exactly when he said it or the context. Was it the first thing out of his mouth? It would seem to be close to the first thing, since if we're to believe Dina, he said it to her upon learning of RZ's death and sharing the news with her.

"Extremely early acceptance of suicide" is one way to look at it. Imo, the quickness of this particular response indicates no surprise, no shock, no horror, no 'I need some time to digest this.' Jumping right to 'Asian honor' and the self-stabbing gesture suggests, imo, earlier knowledge of Rebecca's impending "suicide."

Another thought I just had ~ if JS was concerned about the potential for RZ to kill herself over Max's accident due to her "true Asian background," one would think he might have asked his brother or someone else to stay in the main house with Rebecca while he was at Max's bedside and presumably sleeping nearby at the Ronald McDonald House.

Wow, Imp, do you think it is possible that Adam and Jonah discussed her "suicide" earlier in the day? Just wow, what a thought. I would not be surprised in the least if this were the case and wouldn't put anything past these two heartless jerks.

That sure is a lot of lawyers for an innocent man, js.
