I have no idea, I was wondering the same thing. I also don’t know what “work” refers to. I think I will contact the regional program specialist for this UID and ask them to review the clothing description.

I think half top just refers to a shoe that isn't hi-top, so stops around the ankle.
I think the work means work pants? Or it could mean work shoes?

Half top could mean those shoes that don't cover your whole ankle. I'm trying to find a pic but I've definitely seen them.

Those are called low tops

Did you reach out to to detective associated with Fred Lee? I was originally looking in to him as a different Doe but he looks better for this set of remains. I tried reaching out to the Detective but he hasn't returned my call.
