Makes sense to me when there's a possibility of more evidence, but not when they JUST completed the first autopsy and JUST buried the victim. I seriously hope that the judge will NOT allow this kind of circus in this case... :hand:

Hmm...I've never been to one that didn't drain it. But if you're doing weekly baptisms, then it would make sense to chlorinate and keep it full. I've only been to ones that didn't do weekly baptisms.

Thank you. I guess I'm just pretty emotionally caught up in this, and I get tired of the Sgt. having to say there's nothing. I know they can't tip their hand. But he's having to say things like "there's no evidence of a body" when clearly on video they're putting a BODY BAG into a van...
