The only benefit to him having to move out of his comfort zone is that he would be more likely to make a mistake because he would be unfamiliar with the territory
Unfortunately, I think that the only way this is going to stop is if the authorities are able to catch this person. The longer the killer is out there on the loose, the more confident they are going to become.
My other thought has been maybe the killer is riding the bus? There is obviously something that links them (maybe not to the general public but to him). He doesn't seem spooked or scared in the video footage either. He has a mission set in his mind and as far as he is concerned he is completing...
IMO, it seems like maybe the killer is following a specific bus route through Seminole Heights. All the murders happened within the vicinity of Route 9. The third victim Anthony Naiboa was murdered after getting off a bus along North 15th Street.
It also seems like possibly the killer lives...
