Exactly. I guess he is being housed at Pitchess; gotta be a strange feeling being locked up for a murder charge when you can see your neighborhood from the exercise yard.

I wonder what the defense strategy is? I remember reading some claims from friends of the defendant that I won't repeat, to somehow imply that this was payback.

Unfortunately my schedule won't allow me to be there, if you don't mind give us a recap when it's convenient. ;)

Next appearance is this Friday, you heading down TMS? If... big if... I go, what time would you advise I get there? Is it a first come first serve type of deal, or restricted to only interested/involved parties?

Downgrading to a public defender is a bit of a 'tell'. Why throw away money on an attorney for what will ultimately be an easy win for the D.A.; that is my thinking anyway. How did the defendant look?

I believe he made a court appearance on Friday, but can't seem to find any news or updates on the case. Anybody know anything?
