Cubby, I have researched this case for a very long time but I am not LE. If I were a certain person and innocent I would offer a swab. I guess, the next best thing is a death bed confession. The house was sold to his parents attorney for $10. Why did they do this? This leaves her with no where to live. He has no money so he doesn't have any resources to support her. I bet when he comes back from rehab his brother picks him up and flies him home....were is that money coming from?

You brings up some good points Cubby. I think if they have enough DNA that they won't have a problem convincing a jury that it was not simple contact or transfer. I'm going to go back through my files on this case in the next week.

I have always thought and probably stated here that this case can be solved by the DNA. I know some of the evidence was compromised but I think they have enough to convict.

pleasestandby, I know it takes time but if you go back and read through all the treads you will find lots of info. I'm happy to see some new interest in this case.
