So I am just curious.....let's imagine the MS does appeal and he does win as you suggest, then what in your mind would that look like? You obviouly do not agree with the finding of Murder in the First Degree.....what verdict and sentence would you find was more appropriate given the evidence...

bbm....... If that were indeed the fact, I dare say that trial by jury would have already been eleminated from the system. It is 'unsettling' to me that you would make such a bold and sweeping statement. Was that meant to include the jury in this case?? Jurors are screened for unreasonable...

So if there is an appeal, which do you think will come first ....the appeal or the trial for Laura Babcock? And I wonder if the issue will be settled once and for all with a second conviction?

Well thanks to CTV editing for nothing.... they had a reporter live in front of the courthouse and spliced in footage of MS arriving in a police cruiser in the morning. They reported that DM had arrived in a van and that Bosmas were up on the 6th floor.... If he had been a local reporter, who...

The way the reporter put it out there was that MS & DM were arriving and that the Bosma family was already on the 6th floor.... You know, he is not one of the local reporters---arrrrgghhh, I hope he knows the drill around there and not just blathering !!!

CTV news at noon had a report live from their reporter in Hamilton...all in real time now. Strangely they have said nothing else since. But if it was just another question from the jury, wouldn't the journalists have posted that well in advance???

Just after noon today MS was transferred in a cruiser while DM is reported to have travelled in a paddy wagon. Don't know about other days.

MS was sitting in the back of a cruiser and when he saw the media cameras he tried to hide....apparently he was not expecting to see them. Makes me think they are summoning everyone without a lot of fanfare for a reason too. I am not going anywhere until they clear this up and tell us what is...

MS and DM returned to the courthouse being shown on the noon news ???? Bosma family reported to be up on the 6th floor ??? No report that this is IT but looks like something is shaping up....more questions--up to now has been in the evenings. Who knows??? Reporters saying anything???
