As someone else who lives here posted a few days ago (and I agree), wash park honestly would not need to be "searched" - it's a relatively smaller, open park. Well, not so much small as open - every part of that park is used on a daily basis by hundreds of people...runners, bikers, walkers...

I completely agree with this. The lake in Wash Park (Smith Lake) looks big on a map but it's not really THAT big, and wash park is soooo widely used by joggers, walkers, bikers, moms with strollers, etc...there is no part of that lake that is not super visible. There are benches all around it...
