It appears to me that the defence are trying to discredit the financial motive. If GBC bought Ms Frosts business share for $1 then the debt is cleared. Likewise if an agreement was struck with Mr Broom to walk away with no liability then this debt is also cleared. Clearly there is alot more...

I prefer Chicago referencing as it lends itself to citing online sources. Also MS Word footnotes fit nicely into Chicago. Really throws me out when a non law lecturer wants Harvard referencing. Totally off topic

The only problem I see with the theory that the Prado being involved is that it was released back to GBC prior to his arrest. IMO if it had any forensic value at all it would still be impounded along with the Captiva. Just MOO.
