The find today is extremely sad but better than she had never been found. The body isn’t far at all from the spot the police believe she went in. Sorry I’m not very scientific but would it be possible for her to have moved there in 3 weeks? Is it over the weir? Has this area not been searched?

I sort of agree. I think Sally going missing on Xmas day struck a chord. Not that any life is more important than another. Her family were a lot more vocal and the mystery in the early days kept the media interested. Unfortunately I think it's almost obvious what has happened in this case and...

It's almost identical apart from the locations on the quayside are further apart. I live in Newcastle and there's not much on the news about it.

So much like the Sally Allen story. Parking your car next to quayside in darkness at 5am is never usually a happy ending :(. Hope she is found soon. This again highlights why it's vital to have more cctv at the quayside area.

Sorry pressed post quick reply to soon. If India was so drunk she couldn't get into a club it's also highly likely she didn't have a clue where she was going and an older person with a trusting face may have been the best option to help. How disgusting that these people pray on young women like...

This case is getting more and more odd. As someone that regularly has evenings out I would never walk with two strangers which makes me wonder if she knew one of them? Perhaps a friend of her parents. Wonder if they questioned the other man?

Went for a walk along the quayside yesterday same route Sally took it was eerily quiet and that was midday. Seen all the gorgeous flowers for Sally and said a prayer for her. The Tyne looked quite shallow compared to normal. I really hope they find her soon.

I think even if she did jump into the river at the place the flowers were laid it wouldn't be enough to kill or majorly injur her. I think like mentioned above she went in peacefully rather than jumped from one of the bridges. If it is where her and her husband often walked then it's possible...

I remember the case of Robbie. There was another lad that went missing along the Tyne last year and his body wasn't found until approx a month later. I hope Sally's family get closure sooner rather than later.
