Logically thinking, from the jurors point of view, I think that if JB had NOT declared in opening statements that Caylee had drowned, then there MAY be just enough reasonable doubt. However, since he was so very detailed in the events of that day, yet he couldn't provide an ounce of proof...

I'm a newbie here so excuse this if it's already been answered, if ICA is convicted, do you think there is enough on the record to prove ineffective counsel?

DT is definitely using the spaghetti theory...throw everything at the jurors and hope something sticks on one of them. I've never ever seen a defense case that has presented ZERO evidence!
