I wouldn't get too excited. What I'm seeing isn't indicative that they've caught this guy. Some outlets seem to be jumping the gun.

Boston 25 reporting that FBI and State Police are surrounding a location in Salem shortly before 7. Not broadcasting location to protect LE.
