I'm a bit bemused by DNA sampling laws. I thought you would have to give written consent for authorities to take DNA samples. It seems like an invasion of privacy. Insurance companies would love to get hold of everyone's DNA! Its a minefield that we as a society haven't grasped yet, but wait...
