Stephen was back in court on Tuesday in Thompson Falls. They didn't have much to say except the county atty needs to get his mental evaluation report and go from there. He is in the Sanders Cty jail still. So...we will wait & see. Just wanted to post an update for everyone.

Hopefully he can get out of his "Rehab" soon and get back to court so we can find out more about this case! :woohoo:

It doesn't say what it was for. I heard somewhere that he had been in jail for a few years prior to this. I am thinking it must be related to that.

Well, I see in the local paper in T Falls that he is in jail for not registering as a "violent" offender and privacy in communications...wonder what that is related to? :rolleyes:

Is he back home in Montana just hangin out? Has any of his friends in TFalls talked to him about this? Or does he have any??
