I agree there has to be a procedure put in place to prevent further deaths, not just a quick peek inside as they have most likely covered themselves for warmth. Banging on the side may not be enough to wake someone. I seen someone posted a link with a lorry that had a camera and luckily spotted...

Hi there, first post on this thread. I believe Corrie simply fell asleep in the recycling bin due to being drunk and freezing cold.. possibly hypothermia kicking in after being outside with only a shirt on for so long. He wanted shelter quickly. It was a recycling bin, not a filthy smelly...
