She explained it in the jury instructions. She said if you find Not Guilty on that page, you stop there. I hope they understood.

The foreperson should’ve been chosen after the alternates are selected. That’s crazy.

That’s ridiculous, so seat 1 is an automatic deliberating juror. That’s not very random.

On the jury I served on, we selected our own foreperson. It’s interesting that in Mass the judge selects.

I think that is really the point they hammered it home this trial compared to the last. They concentrated less on the other things and just had numerous phd/md experts to say “he wasn’t hit by a car.” ETA mistake
