Was this UIDs body cremated or buried? If it was buried there's a chance to have the body exhumed and a DNA sample taken as well as dental x-rays. Otherwise I'm not sure she'll ever be identified. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I was able to read this on my iPhone using reader mode in safari, in case any other iOS users want to have a look.

I find it incredibly offensive that she is listed as male, anyone looking for her would more than likely be looking for a woman, or more specifically a transgender woman.

It could have been accident but the scars on the wrist suggested suicide to me.

Andrews hair covers his forehead so it's hard to tell what he would look like with that hair cut short or pushed back but I do see a resemblance.

It's entirely possible he ran away and made it as far as California - there's so little information on him that just about anything could be possible, but with no identifiers I don't know how he could be matched to this doe or any doe :(

It lists his age as 25-50, but I would guess he's under 40.
