The tough crowd Deanna ran with was typical teenager kind of tough...but they did start a little earlier than teen years. Sneaking out, fighting, stuff like that. I never saw her use drugs, but marijuana is a possibility.

Jaded-yes, it was normal for her to be out late. That doesn't mean it was ok with Grandma (it wasn't), but I remember her sneaking out even before we all had to leave our mom's house.
