Ali said the tow driver said "they set a girl on fire" and that his clocks on camera were an hour ahead because they hadn't been reset for the time change.
Uncle mike? Is that Eubanks (they guy that found her) ?
maybe
"It sounded like ?????'s vehicle"
If that's the case, I'm sure he struggled with the possibility that someone he's familiar with may have been involved....
Just my thoughts
Water is heavier, so water is in contact with the surface while the alcohol burns. Research states it takes a minimum 90 proof to really burn
Higher proof/better burn.
Jack D's 90 proof sgl barrel avg 3x the price of Jack D.
Moonshine... Is available I'm sure and it's gonna be cheaper.
Thank you.
Note: "loud pipe" witness is still a witness- not intended to dismiss just research for facts. Lt was witness against sheriff Mike Byrd, then ... Ya-da-ya-da-ya-da... Indicted.
4oz is not enough for a party,
Just a "nip" to an adult or a mixer
Enough to mix or entice?
No label...
Whiskey could have been accelerant ( which would explain- for lack of better term-Jessica's throat and nose "doused with accelerant) brand/ volume could help identify owner's financial status.
"Loud pipe" witness is possibly related to Chambers family (Debbie Chambers who appears to be related...
Thanks. Thank you also for the reminder of " loud pipes", now that you mention it I do recall hearing/reading that.
Re: scene of fire. I read a post re: that there was a whiskey bottle along with other items initially left at the scene.
Can anyone confirm?
What brand?
What volume bottle?
Can anyone confirm:
Did Jessica smoke?
And if yes: was it the same brand of cigarettes she purchased at M&M store?
Noticed in posts/press that Jessica got her gas then started to leave but got a phone call then re-entered the store and bought a pack of cigarettes.
I see what appears to be a blonde female, however due to the proportions, I believe it is a reflection of someone near the vehicle. Still helpful. Great observation.
Doesn't sound likely to me on the "shortcut" theory
1) rough, narrow, dark and sparsely traveled
2) unless I missed it, parents/family did not seem familiar with road ( e g normal shortcut used)
3) even if you needed assistance you'd have to walk a way to get help. neighbors tend to be 1/4...
Do we know which store in the mall?
What was purchased? ( food, hygiene, clothing)
Did Rebecca arrive in mall parking lot alone?
Enter stores alone? Exit alone?
It does not seem probable that anyone would just leave personal items of value in an unlocked (hidden) vehicle
Ditched off a road...
Additionally, for the sleuths unfamiliar with MS ( or Meridian), it is an old area( like going back in time), however it is the "home" of many campaign kick-offs even more so than Jackson , MS ( state capital).
Hope LE looks at volunteers in search as well as whoever "found" Rebecca's car.
That's quite possible. I was with someone from meridian who was going to see family in Whynot. And we turned left at the Whynot fire dept.
That caught my attention, along with Meridian and when I started reading up and googled... I have been on Ponds Rd. several times.
It is a very rural area. For example: narrow Gravel roads. Houses are sparse. Older homes and residents and most grow their own vegetables. Plenty of wooded area for hunting.
road signs are not plentiful and no streetlights. So, after sundown it's dark. I can see it being described as an old...
