It didn’t sit well with the first jury. It won’t sit well with this jury either, IMO.

If I was accused as a 3rd party culprit in a murder and was innocent, I would absolutely file a civil case and clear my name. Brian Higgins won’t do this because he’ll be open for discovery. He’d rather live with the accusations. JMHO.

Do you mean could they meet on Sat and Sun? Idk. I believe I’ve followed one sequestered jury that met over the weekend, but the courthouse is closed so there’s not usually staff for that.
