Hi, as someone who used to work in the British media we would have happily run a story on this but would have been reliant on somebody sending in an email or phoning in to say that it was the anniversary. With the way most newspapers are these days (limited staff) it makes most of the work...
I don't really understand her thinking (I'm taking that as a good thing!) how on earth would she have thought another murder with her as the link between the victims wouldn't have come back to her.
Such an interesting book, especially as it helped to explain to non-Americans how your court system works. I didn't hear about this trial until the time of second penalty phase so have probably missed loads, although I've tried to read all the old posts on here!

Haha bizarrely I have two friends here (England) called Jodie and one's a man. Jodie/Jody tends to be used as an abbreviation for Joanna than a standalone name. It's not that common for a man although there are a few. Marie is quite a common name, I would say Maria less so :)
