Just because they’re not publicly calling it a criminal investigation doesn’t mean they’re not treating it like one. I don’t doubt they have the evidence to support that but just not ready to release all of that to the public just yet.

I was thinking more about the possible age discrepancy and receiving benefits. The nutrition assistance program WIC could be a huge benefit for families that have struggled to get basic necessities. Children are eligible until age 5 I believe.
