The instance that I am refuring to concern her taking pictures of a minor, a friend of BR, for promotional purposes and not getting a release signed to take the pictures or sell the pictures in the first place.

The issue was not just the Ramsey's being in pictures but also she sold pictures that included people who had not signed releases and had not even known that the pictures had been taken.

I completely agree and that was part of my earlier point. The code may be put in place to protect children but there is too much money tobe made by releasing info and the BPD have not proven to be the most trustworthy when it comes to keeping info secret.

Im making no claim that I know who killed JonBenet. Im simply able to confirm that your suspects were in the locations that you would call their alibi locations, California and the Stine residence. Also the grand jury did not solve the case. This is not opinion this is fact.
