JMO Fox news producer had informed Megan Kelly while Dr Valerie Rao was on the stand about her prior complaints from co-workers,ie: washing feet in autopsy tub, not wearing gloves, unnecessary work to generate revenue etc I remember this article in the newspaper a few years ago. Wonder why...

JMO If the tables were turned and this EXACT sham of a trial tactic(s) were used against their loved one that was the victim and the monster got off no doubt they would be the first to stand and scream "unfair". The whole bunch are shameless. But even worst... very very scary.

Regarding the trial costs, IIRC didn't HHJP take a day, travel to Tallahassee about the budget. Then make a comment they were on the Gov. Scott "plan". So maybe the state pays and not the county. JMO

I have not read all posts here. JMO I think the reason the A's are keeping a low profile (other than thru their atty) is CA may be under contract w/her book deal and not "permitted" to do their usual media rounds.

Would charges lying under oath in a capital murder case vs other cases make a difference?

JMO I have always wondered, iirc CA had the only steady source of income in the family. Just where was all this money coming from that KC could steal from them? I can't believe CA's salary was THAT great.
