I agree, I think the late 90’s were really bad. Many went missing from NW and SE and it was not uncommon for the possibility of multiple serial killers to have been working the entire DC area

Still praying for this young soul to get her name back. Perhaps GEDmatch may held some sort of answers soon, seeing how her DNA is in file and perhaps someone out there remotely related to her may submit DNA or has. I’ll never give up on this case. She has stuck with me since day 1.

Agreed, however it still is an open case and should be kept in the light. The FBI have even offered a $20,000 reward in her case, so they have not given up. I would assume no surveillance footage was available, though it is a shame since even 10 years ago it was quite common to use for most...
