Jeremy's last know location is reported to be 48 miles north north east of the location of the skull by my calculation on google maps. The two place are both wooded, but not in the same forest. Unless someone took him to Lincoln City, I just don't see how it could be him.

The victim from 1971 has not been attributed to GRK, as far as I know. The victim from 1985 has been associated with GRK because she was found dumped along with another woman who has been identified and was a victim of GRK.

Is it possible that a "passing motorist" would have picked up the girl and taken her to the state hospital or assylum? If she couldn't speak, how would someone who found her know that she wasn't lost or abandoned?
