Yes, the vertical scar is from a C-section (most likely) - that is how they used to do them. I don't know when they started doing the horizontal ones. Thank goodness they do!!!! :)

Coming up on twenty years... really hope they can find answers by then. I work (literally) across the street and can see the little building she died behind from my office window, so I think about this every day.

    Found Deceased VA - Nicole Clardy Mittendorff, 31, Woodbridge, 13 April 2016 - #2

This is terrible. I hope we find out what happened soon. I really hope there is not another crazy guy running around killing women.

I totally agree. I often take off for a drive and a run just to get out of the rat race... if Nicole did that I can understand, but it seems so far to go that way. Most people go out 66 to Big Meadow. If she went through Warrenton, she was headed to Sperryville, then would hang a left and go...

Yeah, for a run, not sure why she'd go that far... Big Meadows is just off 66 and much closer. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense. But I think the weather was pretty good on Wednesday, maybe she just took a drive...

I'm a runner and I highly doubt she'd try to run Old Rag. She was probably trying Whiteoak Canyon, but it's quite a ways to get there. I mean, people do it, I've done it, but it's something I'd def mention to someone.

Definitely not Martha in those pics. And Michael did it.

I went to the cemetery today. It was rainy and miserable weather, but a very peaceful place. The building by which she had died was much closer to the entrance than I thought. I've lived in the area my whole life and have never been in there... Can't get this one out of my head...

They're bringing JM to my town next week. I'd like to be there when he arrives. Dbag.

Hannah Graham: The Search - #4

Tornados don't do hills. They're not common in VA and I doubt a search in Albemarle County would be worried about them.

Virginia doesn't really get tornadoes...too hilly. FYI.
